Digital Marketing Strategic Plan
ADH INTERIOR

Task: Our team was responsible for developing a strategic digital marketing plan for ADH Interior, a company specializing in modern home and office furniture solutions. The objective was to enhance brand positioning, optimize digital presence, and drive customer engagement and conversions through a comprehensive data-driven approach.

Action:

  • Situational Analysis – 5Cs Model: Conducted a comprehensive market analysis using the 5Cs framework (Context, Company, Competitors, Customers, Collaborators) to gain insights into market trends, customer behavior, and ADH’s positioning.

  • Business Goals & Marketing Objectives: Defined SMART business and marketing objectives, aligning with ADH’s mid-term (3-5 years) and short-term (6-12 months) growth strategies.

  • Business-Level Strategy – Ansoff Model: Assessed ADH’s current business strategy and recommended an optimized approach to increase market penetration and expand into new customer segments.

  • Digital Marketing Implementation Plan: Developed a short-term Marcom campaign (6-12 months) with:

  • Strategic foundations – Paid vs. Owned strategy evaluation, refining ADH’s brand positioning.

  • Campaign execution plan – Defined target audience, messaging, digital channels (Google, Meta, Zalo, TikTok, and e-commerce platforms), and budget allocation.

  • Performance tracking & KPIs. Established a measurement framework, focusing on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Customer Conversion Rate (CCR) to assess campaign effectiveness.

 

Result:

  • Recognized as a Top 5 Finalist in the RMIT Digital Marketing Pitching Session for comprehensive strategic insights and practical implementation strategies.

  • Evaluated as a well-structured, data-driven marketing plan with strong integration between business goals and digital marketing execution.

  • Rated: 78/100
