VOLUNTEER FOR ACCESS AMERICAN EDUCATION
Task:
As a volunteer, my responsibilities included conducting informational sessions on study abroad opportunities and offering individualized guidance and support to parents and students attending the North American Education Fair Summer Conference. My role is to facilitate their understanding of study abroad options and provide assistance in navigating the application process.
Action:

Prepare Informational Materials: Create pamphlets, brochures, or digital presentations with essential information about study abroad programs, universities, scholarships, and application procedures.

Assist with Registration: Help attendees with the registration process, ensuring they have access to all conference materials and schedules.

Host Q&A Sessions: Schedule interactive question-and-answer sessions where parents and students can seek clarification on study abroad-related topics.
Result:

Offer guidance and counsel to 20 parents and students in their selection of educational institutions and fields of study.

Engage with over 15 foreign university representatives through meetings and interactions.

Process and finalize 5 registration applications for consulting services.
