Task:

Recognizing the rise in demand for delivery from consumers and small businesses. This encourages Ahamove, a delivery and transportation company, to seek opportunities to grow operations and development and to reach more of its target market so my task is to conduct the first step of "Background and Audience Analysis" of the social media strategy involving examining Ahamove firm includes customer documents, social media audit, competitors.

Action:

  • Applying the social listening tools like rand Mentions, Similar Web, Semrush, Rival IQ and observing the brand's social networks that support hashtags like Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok to conduct identify specific current social media goals for WIL client's business.

  • Analyze one direct or primary rival's social media presence, content strategy, audience engagement, and any special strategies they use.

  • Obtain information on the demographics, psychographics, internet activity, and preferences of the target audience.

  • Build a customer persona that contains details such as age, gender, interests, problems, and objectives.
